Everyone is creative and, given the right set of tools, that creativity can result in extraordinary and surprising solutions to any challenge.

We also believe that being innovative, going digital, and staying relevant should be accessible to everyone—it doesn't have to be so difficult and it shouldn't require a huge budget.

 

Why We Give Back

We do this to help people see things in a new way, to leave the world a little better than we found it, and to enjoy the ride.

The world is a big place, so we try to spread knowledge where we are—with the people in our communities, the ones that are IRL, right outside our door. We love to work with schools and non-profits—helping them learn human-centered design methods that may otherwise be out of their reach.

Kimberly Morrow

I get a kick out of making things work better and helping people have meaningful a-ha moments. I truly believe that, no matter what your or your company's goals, a human-centered strategy based on empathy, creativity, and communication can solve problems, connect us in meaningful ways, and make a difference in this crazy world. 

I'm also a singer, artist, and actor. I get a thrill out of challenging myself to be more brave, open, and free as I share my creativity with the world (something that doesn't always come easy).
